For more than seven years I've coached people through career changes and life transitions, and for 25 years I taught college-level personality assessment. That combination shapes how I work: with a real understanding of what makes you you, and a practical plan for what comes next.
With a Master's degree in Counseling and a deep understanding of human behavior, my mission is to help you through meaningful self-discovery, strategic career planning, and personal growth, so you can align your work with your true potential.
